| The
South Australian Master Farriers Association is an association aimed
at communicating and educating not only the farriers in South Australia
but the general public for the total benefit of our number one customer
the HORSE.
We aim to provide a place for the horse owner/enthusiast to find a farrier and to answer problems and concerns about current trends in hoof maintenance; ie bare footing to shoeing. This association unites farriers in South Australia into a recognised body and promotes and encourages the growth of the Farriers Trade. We aim to establish and maintain a close relationship between members to promote and protect their common business interests.

We consider and deal with all matters affecting the farrier and will join, affiliate or co-operate with other organisations in promoting or advancing any movement for the betterment of conditions of the whole industry and to join with them in negotiations with outside bodies on matters affecting the well being of the industry.
